Additional reading
It is recommmended that you study the 'Highway code', 'Driving the sssential skills'(DSA) and the handbook of any car which you intend to drive, the list of show me/tell me questions in addition to the official theory questions.
Cancellations
In order to cancel a lesson without loss of fee, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. If less than 48 hours' notice is given you will be charged at the normal hourly rate.
Driving tests
Your instructor will advise you of the appropriate time to apply for a practical test. The advice is based on your progress to date and on your continuation of that progress up to the test. It does not mean that the necessary standard had been reached or that it will be reached by the date of the test. The instructor may advise of postponement of the test if this is felt to be appropriate - 2 weeks' notice will normally be given to prevent loss of test fee (unless the test is short notice). This is intended only to save you expense, likely failure and delay in waiting for another test. Your instructor requires three weeks' notice of your test date unless otherwise agreed.
Payment/deposit
At the start of each lesson, payment for that lesson is due, and you should ensure that arrangements for the next lesson are made. Block and discounted bookings must be paid for in advance. Should you be in credit after passing your test, this will be refunded.
Appointments
Every care will be taken to ensure you recieve lessons at the times and with the instructor of your choice, but all bookings are made on the basis that the school is not responsible for any postponements due to breakdown of equipment, staff absence or other unforeseen circumstances.

All promotions are subject to availability and we reserve the right to change these without notice.
Pupils responsibility
Please remember that it is the responsibility of the pupil to take all necessary documentation along to both the theory and practical tests.
